UK Mainland

Orders over £24.50 will receive free UK delivery using code ‘FREEDELIVERY’ at checkout. Orders weighing under 2 kilograms are delivered using Royal Mail 48. You should expect these orders to arrive with you within 1-3 days of dispatch however, Royal Mail do not guarantee these delivery times and will not offer compensation until 10 working days after dispatching.

Orders over 2 kilograms will have the option to be shipped with FEDEX on a 2 day service. Any orders placed on Thursday/Friday may not be received until Monday due to Fedex collection times and no Saturday deliveries.

Options are available to upgrade delivery to Royal Mail 24 services during checkout for an additional charge. 

For orders under £24.50, shipping will be calculated at the checkout page and price with depend on the overall weight of the parcel.

Winchester Hand Delivery

We offer a free delivery service to Winchester City Centre (SO22 & SO23) postcodes only. The delivery day will be Wednesday. Orders must be received by 3.30pm on Tuesday for Guaranteed delivery the next day being Wednesday. Any orders placed after this cut off time will be delivered on the following Wednesday. Please only select this delivery method if the delivery address is an SO22 or SO23 postcode. Any orders received where the delivery address is outside of these zones will not be processed and River Coffee Roasters reserve the right to refund this/these order.

Winchester Delivery - we offer free local delivery every Wednesday to SO22 & SO23 postcodes (cut off time 3.30pm Tuesday). Select the Winchester Delivery option at checkout if you live in a SO22 or SO23 postcode.
