Roasting Policy

Our current roast days are every Monday, Tuesday and Friday of each week. Operating this way allows us to implement the correct quality control procedures ensuring maximum quality and accuracy of roast profiles. Once each batch of roasted coffee has been through our quality control procedures we will list the coffees on the webshop. We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of orders being placed online. Our current dispatch days are Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

Please note that our coffee tastes best at least 5 days from roast date and within 12 weeks of roasting.
