The Pacamara varietal is cross mutation of Pacas and Maragogype, both prized varietals of the Arabica coffee species. Pacamara is known for its large bean size and high quality cup profile, this lot is no exception.
This coffee is years in the making and is sourced from our partners at Gold Mountain Coffee Growers. GMCG identified the quality of this Pacamara bean and distributed seeds to several members. The members collect their harvest where the coffee is processed and sorted. The result is a consistent juicy and sugary cup profile with notes of apple and smooth aftertaste.
