NAVIDAD SKY, our festive coffee for 2026 hails from high up in the mountains of Nicaragua. This coffee is perfect for a festive morning brew and will enhance any coffee based cocktail, especially espresso martinis and Irish coffee. Packed full of flavour, baked apple and spiced nuts are the key note followed by a jammy sweetness.

Process: Washed Process with 24 hour fermentation
River Coffee Roasters has worked closely with Gold Mountain Coffee Growers for eight years. The organisation supports smallholder coffee producers with market access and practical help to develop their farms and livelihoods.
Don Francisco was among Gold Mountain’s first farming partners. With their support, he was able to buy Finca San Francisco and grow it to three times its original size. At Finca La Fuente, Sabino and Maria Jesus continue a family coffee-growing tradition: Gold Mountain previously worked with Sabino’s father, Don Jose, and Sabino hopes to carry that legacy forward.
Together, these coffees celebrate the care and year-round work of the people behind Navidad Sky.
